MALVERTOUS

Marveltous is the title of the work, which is a pun on the word ‘Marvelous.’ The idea began with executing a transverse dissection of TOUS’ iconic bear and displaying its recreated interior, in all its biomorphic forms and its nutritional richness, mixing caramel with raspberry, cold with magmatic and the divine and the animal, in a fantasy world. The work is laid out in 8 crossbars where several hanging die-cut sheets, superimposed onto each other, together form the silhouette of the bear —

Marveltous es el título de la obra como guiño a la palabra «Marvelous». La idea parte de realizar una disección transversal del icónico oso de TOUS y mostrar su interioridad recreada, con todas sus formas biomórficas y su riqueza alimenticia, mezclando el caramelo y la frambuesa, lo frío con lo magmático, lo divino y lo animal, en un universo de fantasía. La pieza está ordenada en 8 travesaños donde cuelgan diversas planchas troqueladas y superpuestas entre sí formando la silueta del oso”
